I recently completed a Market Analysis for Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, and Rensselaer counties. I am happy to report that the average selling price is 98% of List Price. This is down from 99% for the past two years but is still very respectful.
I wish buyers would stop listening to the national news and would stop trying to low-ball all the sellers in the market.
