Mad Dog Lacrosse

The Mad Dog Lacrosse Club from Clifton Park NY is proud to announce the 2010 Fiddlestix Program.  This is an instructional lacrosse program for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade boys and girls.  No experience is necessary.  Fundamentals are taught in a very supportive environment with an emphasis on having fun.  No contact is allowed between players to maintain a safe environment.  Soft Fiddlestix are used along with soft foam balls.

Mad Dog Lacrosse

The program runs every Tuesday, 5:00 - 6:00 pm from April 27th through June 5th.  The cost is $95 and includes; 6 1-hour sessions, soft Fiddlestix, foam ball, T-Shirt, and a US Lacrosse Membership.

The coaches have a lot of experience, are enthusiastic, and provide a possitve environment.

I am often asked by my friends and family how the Clifton Park NY real estate market looks.  Now, I'm no economist but I have long believed that the housing market will only rebound when consumer confidence returns.  Anyone that is remotely concerned about their job will not buy a new home, trade up to a bigger home, or purchase a vacation home when even mildly concerned about their job.  With that said, when people ask me this question I inform them that things have started to look good in the Clifton Park NY area, but the sustained improvement will be predicated on 4th quarter sales reports.

Data was just released indicating that December sales were down slightly form the previous month.  However, these same economists adjusted their October and November results upward after further analysis.  I sure hope they adjust these December results as well, to help insure consumer confidence is returning. If these results are adjusted upwards slightly and major retailers report profitable operations, then I believe the worst will be behind us and we will be on the road to recovery.  I know the Clifton Park NY market could use a little shot in the arm.

  3. Average Sale Price was $267,500, down 2.0% from the prior year.
  4. The Sales to List price ratio was 95.3% compared to last year.
  5. Days on Market (DOM) was 73, up 11.7% from the prior year.
  6. Inventory was 308 units, down 13.2%
