I have a couple of first time home buyers that got out of the market recently. Now, with the new $7500 first time home buyers tax credit I am going to try to get them back into the market. I would also like to share with them some hard numbers on how their interest payment deduction can benefit them. Your advice on how to show this to them would be greatly appreciated....THANKS!!!

I'm not into home sales, but the approach I prefer (in sales in general) is to do something that will help them. If you have info to share that will enhance their lives, then share it. Call them. Do them a favor. If it's just a way to make a buck (which I doubt is the case), then it's not a "relationship builder". In this case, I like BNI's motto..."giver's gain". Best of luck!
