I recently read a post about how the Real Estate market is a lot like the weather. It can be different across the country, across the state, across the county, or across town. So, with that in mind I reviewed some data on recent closed sales in the Capital District and I found that although the differences were minor, they were obvious. So, spend some time reviewing your market and really understand what is going on. Buyers or sellers will appreciate your first hand knowledge of what is going on. Good luck and happy selling........Lew

You are so right. I was reading the statistics in the latest issue of the Maryland Realtor magazine and each counties statistics are different, Baltimore City for example is still seeing rising prices (consistently) while other surrounding counties are seeing declines. The decline in the number of units sold varies a lot between each county.
Excellent advice.
The more you read/study, the more you learn. The more you learn, the better you are able to serve your clients.
Have a great day
