Clifton Park and Albany NY Homes for Sale: Can I get some help with widgets please....

Can I get some help with widgets please....

I currently "only" have two widgets in my blog.  I just tried copying a new widget into my "Blog Description" filed but it wouldn't let me.  It said I have more than 100 words and settings were not saved.  Now, some of you folks out there have a dozen little widget thingies on the side of your blogs....So, I don;t get it.  If you can help me, please comment away.....Thanks!!!

Lewis, you are putting it in wrong box, use the top box. You're trying the second box. There is not a limit on the first one where you can put in html codes. Hope that helps.

I cant help but I was having the same problem as you. I was also putting them in the second box. I do think Missy is correct. Hope you get it done!

Missy - The very top box is actually the Blog Title, the second is the Blog Description (this is where I am putting it), the third box is the blog text (this one says "no HTML").  So, I'm not sure what is wrong.

Laura - Stay tuned.

Hey Lew,

I can't help you on this one...but I too will stay tuned to see what our tech savvy rainers come up with.  I know we will all have the solution before days end.

Thanks for asking the question

Have a great day

Lewis - I just notice that the 100 word limit does not include HTML tags.  So you should be able to add as many widgets as you choose.  At least that's the way it looks to me.

Use the top box - the bottom box has a limit of how many characters can go in it!

By the way, great job, using widgets! It is a great tool to add to your blogs!

Have a great week!

JANET- Widgets are the things you see on the right side of the Blogs.  I have a Mortgage Calculator and a ClusterMap.  The problem is, I see other Blogs with several more than what I have.  I tried adding another one today and that is when I got the problem.

I only have a couple of widgets and haven't had this problem. I'll try adding more and see what happens.
